Adopts visual technology to identify objects, and controls the start and stop of several small conveyor belts according to the recognition results, so as to realize the technical solution of separating adjacent packages. It consists of evacuation section, separation section, roller transition section, skew section (in the middle part), vision system and other modules.
Quick Unloading: The operator lays the parcels on the conveyor belt, without the need for individual pieces to be placed in isolation, improving the unloading efficiency.
Automatic Package Supply: After scanning and weighing, the singulator will supply parcels to matrix, cross-belt sorter, straight narrow belt sorter and other sorting systems.
